HACCP 또는 위생사 자격증 보유자, 식품업계 경력 보유자
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
? Conduct day-to-day inspections to ensure our operations are in compliant to company hygiene standards
? Observe and check in-house shelf life management process is well maintained
? Conduct regular audits to identify food safety/hygiene risks and discuss solutions with QA Supervisor/Manager
? Prepare and support internal/ external HACCP / hygiene audits with QA and Operations
? Bachelor of Science, Food Science or Catering
? F&B/Manufacturing less than 3 years of quality control experience (Optional but preferred)
? Proficient in Microsoft office Application
? Fluent in Korean and a good command in English
