A very exciting SHE Officer role has become available at our Pyoungtaek site. In this role you’ll Promote a sustainable SHE & Security culture and workplace, contributing to the goal of achieving an injury, incident free and safe working environment where everyone goes home safely and ensure safe working in workplace without harm to people, property or the environment. Also provide country management with SHE and Security advice and guidance

Your key responsibilities: (주요 업무)

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

·       Ensure every day through a visible “on the floor” presence and support to ensure that the plant is managed in a safe sustainable environmentally acceptable manner, by complying with all dsm-firmenich SHE requirements, best practices and other relevant SHE laws and regulations.

모든 dsm-firmenich SHE 요건, 모범 사례 및 기타 관련 SHE 법률 및 규정을 준수함으로써, 안전하고 지속 가능한 환경적으로 허용되는 방식으로 공장이 관리되도록 “현장”에서 직접 지원을 통해 확인합니다.

·       Lead and investigate serious SHE, Security incidents and work-related injuries/illness to identify root causes and corrective/preventive actions, lead to closure all identified corrective and preventive actions.

중대한 SHE, 보안 사고 및 업무 관련 부상/질병을 조사하여 근본 원인과 시정/예방 조치를 식별하고 확인된 모든 시정/예방 조치를 종결합니다.

·       Organize and/or participate in meetings (SHE Committee, Operational, Management Review, S&OP, Regional, daily toolbox meetings, etc).  

각종 회의(SHE 위원회, 운영, 경영 검토, S&OP, 지역, Toolbox meeting등)를 조직하거나, 참여합니다.

·       Makes sure that the SHE and Security objectives, plans and requirements are communicated, understood and adopted in country.  

SHE 및 보안 목표, 계획 및 요구사항들이 잘 전달되고, 이해 및 채택되었는지 확인합니다.

·       Lead and/or support the internal audits for SHE, Security, Quality & Operations to identify gaps for improvement to the expected DSM-FIRMENICH SHE and Operational Requirements (e.g. Corporate Operational Audit (COA), Regional Site Visit)

SHE, 보안, 품질 및 운영에 대한 내부 감사를 주도 및/또는 지원하여 예상되는 DSM-FIRMENICH SHE 및 운영 요구사항(예: COA(기업 운영 감사), 지역 현장 방문) 개선을 위한 차이를 파악합니다.

·       Develop and deliver country SHE, Security and Operations training programs to reinforce SHE awareness.

You bring:  (우대사항)

·       Minimum 5 ? 10 years’ experience in Safety & Health and/or Operations Management in either manufacturing, pharmaceutical or process industry

제조, 제약 또는 공정 산업의 안전 및 보건 및/또는 운영 관리 분야에서 최소 5년 ? 10년 경력

·       Minimum 2 years of experience as Engineers/Maintenance Technicians in Production, Chemical Manufacturing relevant industry with understanding of SHE Principles, SHE 원칙에 대한 이해를 바탕으로, 생산, 화학 제조 관련 산업에서 엔지니어/유지보수 기술자로 최소 2년 경력

·       Local - Good working knowledge of local Occupational Safety & Health, Security, Quality legislation and environmental compliance

지역 - 지역 산업 안전 및 건강, 보안, 품질 법률 및 환경 준수에 대한 실무 지식

·       Good level of expertise required in term of SHE knowledges.
