A global renewable energy company is searching for an Investment Associate. The chosen candidate will be supporting deal structuring and underwriting efforts by developing robust financial models. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Create business plans, financial projections, funding plans, and execution strategies
• Advise on project agreements` bankability and reduction of financing risk
• Provide assistance in transaction negotiations through analysis
• Work with financing institutions by originating, structuring, and communicating project financing
• Handle various diligence efforts on pursued deals
• Manage processes of new investment opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, finance, engineering, computer science, or related domain
• More than 5 years of experience in finance position
• More than 5 years of practical experience in finance projects and corporate finance (banking, asset management, or renewable energy firm is a plus)
• Prior experience in project & structured finance in energy or infrastructure
• Background in finance, economics, or numerical major
• Fluent level written and verbal English
