Job DescriptionStrategy planning for Network development - Build-up strategic planning for short, mid & long term by analysis on customer expectation, market needs, service trends, sales expectation per Company goals &Daimler standard (including consent process from HQ Germany). - Review and develop Service Dealer Standard criteria and evaluation. - Initiate, lead, supervise projects of service centers network setup (Dealer development) in line with market requirements, Company retail format and brand design guidelines.
Business management on existing Service Center - Supervise and improve existing service centers capability according to development plans in terms of facility, system & human resources. - Communicate, negotiate and encourage adequate investment based on service dealer’s performance analysis, financial index and service center network strategy with incentive program. - Develop, implement and supervise the CI/CD and retail format based on local requirements in line with Daimler Standards. - Monitor and analyze service centers network for relocation or appointment or termination. Job Requirements- Bachelor Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration majors preferred - 12 years of experiences in automotive aftersales business or automotive relevant aftersales business - Sound understanding in automotive business and financials, profound knowledge in commercial vehicle business of market needs, effective conflict management, people management skills, good interpersonal and negotiation skills, - Excellent communication and writing skills both in Korean and English
