포지션 및 자격요건

Assistant Brand Manager 

Department: Marketing

Reporting structure: Report to Brand Manager


Key Tasks of the Job:  
Lead the development of creative strategies/briefs and media strategies/plans/execution based on deep understanding on consumer insight, supporting Brand Manager
Lead dessert, beverages, and Value platforms
Support Brand Manager for main burger campaigns
Develop holistic and integrated ATL and BTL plans for each campaign
Develop long-term category & platform strategies and short-term tactics to meet business goals
Understand the retail environment and develop in-store communications, merchandising & packaging considering the customer journey
Manage merchandising which includes developing local store marketing templates, fonts & design guidelines, merchandising plan, and nutrition information
Execute plans within the timeline & budget
Leverage and share global and local assets & learnings in the system


Minimum requirements:
  • ㆍBachelor`s degree or above
  • ㆍAt least 7+ years of full time work experience in brand marketing (Sales analysis, marketing communications ATL+BTL, etc.)
  • ㆍExperience in the retail/consumer goods business is preferred
  • ㆍStrong ability to develop marketing strategies base on consumer insight
  • ㆍStrong ability in Consumer & Sales data analysis
  • ㆍHighly capable of timely development and execution of Marketing plans
  • ㆍGood communication and interpersonal skills
  • ㆍPositive & open minded to changes and new challenges
  • ㆍGlobal mindset - Work experience in a global/multi-national company is preferred
  • ㆍExcellent in reading/writing English and Korean
