An international training center is searching for a Finance Group Leader. The selected applicant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing business units’ periodic financial information. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly analysis of business unit performance
• Oversee non-cash working capital, cashflow, and accounts receivable
• Handle monthly forecast preparation
• Collaborate with key stakeholders for the preparation of the annual budget
• Ensure regulatory and financial compliance
• Work with external auditors, tax agents, internal audit, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting
• Possess a valid CA or CPA qualification
• 10-15 years of related experience
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Background in IFRS and K-IFRS
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Fluent level Korean and English
