업무내용:
1. Commercial Strategies and Business Management
- - Support Business Director to develop retail strategy and plan for Korea Retail on a short-term and a long-term basis.
- - Ensure strong and profitable sales growth by effective management of the P&L and implementing retail plans accruing to the company strategies.
- - Set up store objectives and KPIs and lead and manage stores for their achievement.
- - Support to develop action planning of stores and report the compiled plan on a yearly/quarterly/monthly basis to achieve sales target for the period
- - Define and develop different incentive programs to boost up sales.
- Partner with MKT Team to manage overall MKT activities including in-store events.
- - Co-work with Training Team in development of the training plans (brand, collections, selling skills) and follow up of training sessions with retail team.
2. Retail Network Development
- - Develop and implement policies, strategies, and business development plans to meet sales targets.
- - Initiate the retail network development by proposing new openings, closings, retail perimeter evolution according to commercial strategies in line with guidelines, profitability, and communication.
- - Negotiate contract terms and conditions by locations and liaise all contract issues and updates with central legal team and local finance team.
- - Build and maintain relationship with the business partners, interacting with all the necessary people in their organization.

지원자격:
- Min.10 to 15 years of work history, experience in retail management or equivalent level of experience in retail, marketing, merchandising, sales, etc.
- Well-developed leadership profile with experience of influencing on a store level and external business partners.- Language: English and local language(s) - Fluent & Professional efficiency- Professional industry experience: cosmetic and fragrance - Brand experience or luxury industry
