[기본정보]
- 고용형태 : 파견계약직
- 계약기간 : 최초 1년 + 연장 1년 가능 / 자체계약직 전환 가능성 있음

- 근무장소 : 서울시 종로구 광화문
- 근무시간 : 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시 / 월~금, 주 5일 근무

[주요업무]
국내 프로젝트 현장에 대한 인적/물적 자원 지원
- Support Resource Manager in travel arrangements, hotel reservations, visa preparation application documents, etc. for FS personnel and visitors.
- Support site access documentation requests and submission for customer sites and site registration requirements.
- Support Back Office personnel including DSM, FS Planners and Outage Managers in travel arrangements, entertainment authorizations and general expense claims.
- Support administrative activities for DSO Team associated with HR / IT / BA for field based personnel and new hires.
- Support planning and administration tasks associated with workshops, including onsite support during workshop.
- Support Tool Facility administrative tasks on request for Purchasing, Goods Receipt, Asset retirement, etc.
- Support Purchase & Billing Admin in checking of vendor & timesheets, billing, etc
