Field Service for Scanning Acoustic Microscopy, Metrology Systems Laser & VPD

System Installation & Troubleshooting at customer site

Provide Prevent-Maintenance for the system

Provide Application & Technical solution support

Carrying out measurements of customer samples

Preparation and presentation of measurement reports

Control issue & customer requests between the Customer & Headquarter
 

Bachelor degree in ME/EE or engineering related major is preferred

Previous experience in industrial automation, robotics, aviation or automotive service is preferred

Over three years of field, experience is preferred

Solid knowledge in the field of instrumentation as well as a strong interest in new technologies and innovative materials : Confident individual, flexible and careful thinker with passion to drive for results in a matrix environment

Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills : Capable of problem analysis and solving in difficult situations and when required, within strict timescales and deadlines

A high degree of independence, personal responsibility and the ability to work in a team

Fluent in English (both verbal and written) and Good command of Korean : Excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with people at all levels and good commend on communication skills which could deliver clearly what’s happening to key stakeholders

Business trips can represent 30/40 % of the activity
