To manage sales and operations in all current and newly open eCommerce channels and Travel Retail. Work with internal counterparts (Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Logistics, Merchandising, Finance, other eCommerce functions) and external (agencies, operational vendors, future marketplaces, marketing vendors, etc.).  


Marketing

-         Digital Marketing budget controlling for online channel sales performance and ROI driving according to given budget and ROI target.

-         Develop marketing plan to drive visibility and traffic to the stores and ensure execution excellence with the support from agency/vendor

-         Build the eCommerce marketing calendar integrated with Brand Marketing Calendar, Retail Marketing Calendar and Marketplaces Promotion Calendar to ensure cross-channel marketing consistency.

-         Consolidate and liase with HQ for marketing images/videos, product descriptions and assets for localization

 

eCommerce

-         Monitoring daily progress of online activities and transactions, researching new business opportunities, gathering and analyzing data to identify areas needing improvement, and developing solutions to optimize e-commerce operations

-         Support and review sales in eCommerce channels, identify business needs and develop action plan for maximized performance

-         Effectively communicate with agency for smooth day to day action and understand actions needed to build up and attain sales targets 


Travel Retail (Duty Free)

-         Support travel retail business and operational plans to achieve sales targets and store coordination for enhanced brand visibility and commercial terms.

-         Key responsibilities to be in store sales management and support, supporting retail employees and training, and retailor relationship support

-         Liase with business partner to develop priorities, make commercial action plans and ensure KPI delivery with close monitoring of sell-in sell-out for timely financial reporting 


eCommerce Initiated Campaign/Promotion

-         Plan and execute the eCommerce marketing promotion campaign, such as co-branding promotion, other seasonal promotional campaign

-         With the support from vendor to assist line manager to develop and manage CRM program in different stores, for examples DM in package, EDM, SMS, VIP care, GWP development, etc.


Reporting:

-         Develop and conduct the daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports or review to share with related team members

-         Develop and share campaign performance reports

-         Review brand competitor sales and activities 


[Background]

 University Degree

1-3 years’ E-commerce experience, travel retail (duty free) experience is a plus 


[Functional Competencies]

Proficiency in Korean, English is advantageous.

Working Knowledge of MS office programs (Word, PPT, Excel)
