[외국계 화학 대기업]Head of Legal and Compliance (팀장) 포지션으로 제안드립니다.

Main Tasks:

Legal

- Oversee, handle and be in-charge of all legal matters in Korea, including contracts and dispute matters;

- Provide, with a high degree of independence and responsibility, legal advice and solutions for the businesses and functions;

- Act as a strategic partner to businesses and functions to create value by aligning business needs with legal optimization and effective compliance and risk management;

- Take the lead from Legal on all key legal matters in Korea ? e.g., merger & acquisition, expansion, divestiture, investment and other project work, including due diligence, drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction contracts, review of and managing necessary merger control notifications and post-merger integration;

Compliance

- Oversee, handle and be in-charge of all compliance matters in Korea and to provide guidance and advice to management and supervisors in a timely manner;

- Oversee and conduct case handling and internal compliance investigations in Korea, including steering / guiding activities and efforts of a multi-functional investigation team (e.g., case-handler and representatives of relevant business units and functions as needed);

Education/Qualification required:

 - excellent legal writing skills in Koreans and English

 - Excellent communication skills in Korean and English

- 한국변호사 자격증 소지자
