Job Title: Project Leader(Engineering Office: Gwanggyo in Suwon-city)

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage projects throughout their lifecycle.

2. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

3. Act as the main point of contact for customers, effectively managing their requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Utilize project management tools to effectively track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.

5. Prepare and deliver regular project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

6. Act as the escalation point for any project-related issues, addressing them in a timely and effective manner.

7. Host regular meetings with global team members to foster collaboration, provide guidance, and ensure alignment towards project objectives.

Qualification

1. Bachelor`s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.

2. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

4. Valid driver`s license.

5. Willingness and flexibility to travel overseas as required.

6. Proficiency in PC, Windows, MS Office, and MS Project.

Preferred (Optional)

1. Certification of PMP

Experience

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the automotive industry (preferably with HKMC) as a tier 1 or tier 2 supplier.
