포지션 및 자격요건

L&D Consultant

Department: People - Learning & Development

Reporting structure: Report to L&D Manager



Key Tasks of the Job:  


Lecture on and deploy global McDonald’s curriculums and tools

- Develop effective training resources that reflect current operational standards and enhance the facilitation of learning to increase transfer of training

- Consult relevant stakeholders on how to measure and improve the effectiveness of training and appropriately diagnose problems and create actions that solve them

- Provide consulting in the field of functional training programs for restaurants staff

Plans, organizes and conduct training related workshop and events


Minimum requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development retail companies

- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in multiple way of delivery

- Build strong relationships with internal collaborate across all levels

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in Korean and English

- A strong ability to work in a team environment

- Leadership related Certification is plus
