A global publishing company is searching for a Customer Success Manager - Healthcare. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships with key stakeholders. This position is based in Seoul.


Responsibilities:

  • Create collaborative strategies for strategic client success
  • Execute customer value improvement initiatives
  • Conduct customer progress monitoring
  • Drive improvements on sales results and effectiveness
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the relevant electronic product portfolio of the company


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position (B2B is a plus)
  • Prior clinical experience is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Proficient in Korean and English
