담당업무 - Manages a portfolio of clients for accounting, corporate tax;
- Lead, coach and develop junior staff in the delivery of effective and efficient services to clients in tax filling services;
- Maintains relationship with daily client contacts and their direct supervisors;
- Reviews deliverables to clients;
- Reviews financial fluctuation analysis for key clients;
- Liaises with auditors of clients;
- Provides authorized signatory for payment instruction;
- Analyzes client specific demands and provides value-added solutions;
- Supervises and coaches team members;
- Allocates engagements to team members based on their experience and competence;
- Implements internal control procedures and trains team members;
- Coordinate with other Accounting teams in APAC region, review local countries’ deliverables and liaise
- with all stakeholders to resolve issues;
- Monitors productivity within the team and drives continuous improvement;
- Monitor and control the completion of timecards, billing, debt recovery and credit control actions in the
- department;
- Assists Senior Manager / Director in business development;
- Prepares proposals for new/existing clients;
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling of the company`s services;
- Responsible for preparing/reviewing invoices and collections;
- Works with HR on recruitment activities, performance review and employee relations matters;
- Attends seminars for networking and development purposes;
- Performs other duties as assigned
자격요건 ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상 ㆍ경력 : 경력11년↑ - Degree Holder in Accountancy or any related disciplines is preferred
- A minimum of 7 - 10 years relevant experience in CPA firms or multinational companies
- Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in Accounting & Tax
- Professional qualification holder;
- Member of professional body;
- People management experience;
- Sound knowledge of international accounting and banking practices;
