LEGOLAND® Korea Resort, Technical Service 부서에서 각종 Training과 Compliance 관리 업무를 책임지실 Training & Compliance Manager 를 채용합니다. Engineering 관련 Training 및 Compliance 등 업무 경력이 12년 이상이신 분에 한하여 지원 가능하며, 테마파크나 놀이공원, 유원시설 등에서 Ride (놀이기구) 시설 관련 경력 보유자는 우대합니다. 업무 관련 Global Stakeholder와의 Communication이 종종 발생하는 포지션으로 영어 활용에 부담이 없는 분에 한하여 지원 가능합니다. 자세한 사항은 반드시 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Position Summary:

-Working in a fast-paced and guest-facing business, Technical Services is a dynamic team responsible for the all elements of maintenance across the resort to ensure

the park is always operating safely and effectively. Our team members are enthusiastic and motivated to deliver and improve the

service we provide, while having a sense of fun and community that comes from working with Merlin Entertainments and 

LEGOLAND Korea Resort. You are responsible for planning and implementing ride & facility engineers training & assessment by 

Merlin’s safety policy and legal requirement. You will ensure delivering the highest standards of safety and compliance in respect

of team motivation and management, ride availability, customer service and commercial diligence.

Key Objectives:

-Provide a strategic approach to compliance management in respect of ride safety and other maintenance processes as necessary.

-Ensure that an effective system is in place for preventative and reactive maintenance and that all such maintenance is progressed

to a satisfactory conclusion with adequate supporting records. 

-Manage the delivery of appropriate training program for ride & facility engineering personnel in accordance with an established

training matrix including safety briefings, toolbox talk.

-Ensure developing / revising ECoSWP in timely manner as per Merlin’s requirement and manufactures manuals.

Scope and Responsibilities:

-Develop comprehensive records and procedures for compliance management purposes.

-Develop new and review existing ride work/standard procedures for maintenance and ensure that these are followed accordingly.

-Assist the Ride Engineering teams with technical or procedural queries, giving hands-on assistance when necessary.

-Manage statutory inspection processes, associated record keeping and action management to ensure that all rides are subject to 

relevant inspections within pertinent timelines and that any requirements/recommendation identified therein are implemented 

appropriately.

-Monitor TS department related risk assessments, third party ride inspection reports, surveys etc. and ensure that all required actions

 identified therein are implemented as appropriate and suitable records maintained in respect of action closure.

-Ensure that effective training program for ride maintenance personnel are embedded into the department and executed 

appropriately 

with regards to the delivery of ride specific maintenance tasks as well as general health & safety training.

-Develop structured training manuals in respect of specific rides, attractions and other assets which can be utilized to train 

maintenance

 personnel in relation to the performance of planned preventative and reactive maintenance.

-Develop a good working relationship with all the departments’ personnel, external contractors, suppliers, and customers.

-Ensure that any potential health and safety hazards are addressed as quickly as possible and reported as necessary.

Background and Experience:

-Over 12 years’ experiences in mechanical/electrical maintenance experience

-Experience in theme park, resort, attraction required.

-Proficient in the use of Microsoft office product

-Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

-A team player with leadership abilities

-Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of work effectively and efficiently.

-Language: Valid verbal and written English is essential

Education:

-Bachelor’s degree required. Majors in Engineering or related field preferred

Work Environment:

-Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.

-Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions

Other Requirements:

-Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests

-Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support park operations.

-Ensure full compliance of policies and procedures set forth within the Health, Safety & Security in the workplace and in line

with the Merlin Entertainments Group Policy.

-Understand risk assessments within own workplace and ensure reporting of any new risks to appropriate manager.

-Compliance of safe working procedures for work activities within one’s job role, but cognizant of the effects on others prior 

to the activity/function. 

-In cases of incidents or accidents ensure appropriate reporting is done in a timely manner to the duty manager.

Health & Safety:

All personnel are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their location, in line with the Group Policy (HS001).

In particular, as the ‘Responsible Person’ (see the HS001 for definition) they must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out,

that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees are aware of the Group Health, Safety and 

Security Policy and their obligations under it. They must ensure that safe working practices are monitored, and that risk assessments 

and procedures are reviewed regularly. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are investigated appropriately and that

where necessary, corrective action is taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.
