담당업무


1. Offline Marketing

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure event planning and execution, including logistics, budgeting, and post-event evaluations.
    • Implement pre-and post-event marketing strategies to improve event awareness and post-event follow-up activities to cultivate customer relationships.
    • Monitor and respond to event-related inquiries and feedback from participants, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads across various digital platforms.
  • Lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns, mainly pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, and social media advertising, to ensure lead generation.
  • Plan and implement email campaigns, creating engaging content to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.

3. Marketing Operation

  • Monitor, report, and contribute to the marketing processes and systems to enhance overall key performance indicators.
  • Work cross-functionally with Global Marketing Operations, and Korea Sales Operations.
  • Handle marketing CRM databases for effective campaign targeting and analysis.
  • Develop marketing materials, including promotional assets, web translation reviews, and giveaways.
  • Manage promotional budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising the quality of events.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external collaborators for marketing-related inquiries and coordination.



자격요건


Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven marketing experience in global B2B companies
  • Ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong capabilities of planning and leading short-term and long-term projects
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience in offline marketing, including tradeshows, partner co-ops, and Account-based marketing (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including digital advertising (PPC, display, social media) and email marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding and experience in lead and contact management through CRM (MS Dynamics)
  • Familiarity with content creation, aligning content with brand voice and resonating with the target audience.
  • A strong desire for professional growth, handling challenges with a positive attitude, and seeking opportunities for learning and skill development to contribute to the team`s success.
  • Willingness to take ownership of marketing initiatives and lead projects independently to achieve results.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating innovative approaches and technologies to maintain a driven edge.
  • SEO experience will be advantageous to improve website visibility.
  • PR experience in successfully communicating with media and partners will be a plus.
