This position is 1 year fixed-term contract Sales Rep.

 

JOB PURPOSE:

To be responsible for Oncology product sales in one’s territory

- Territory: Seoul/Daejeon area

- Achieve sales force target in one’s territory

- Make territory management plan and execute territory management plan in one’s territory

- As a squad member, contribute to achieve squad performance & to shape team culture to deliver performance

- Comply EB&I SOPs

 

ORGANIZATION CONTEXT:

Report to Oncology Commercial Lead

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Products: Eloxatin, Taxotere, Zaltrap, Jevtana

- To achieve sales target

- To implement and coordinate the S&T of the assigned territory to identify business opportunities and optimize resource allocation

- To effectively implement sales strategy aligning marketing strategy

- To build and develop relationship with physicians, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders in his territory

- To comply with Code of Ethics and SOP’s rules and policies

- To achieve the set standard of knowledge regarding the products, customers, Regulations and competitor’s products

- To collaborate with sales team, MKT team and supporting team to maximize business opportunity and growth

- To share relevant market information and competitor intelligence with managers in proper way and time

 


JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:

 

[Education]

Minimum of a Bacheolor’s degree / Preferred major in pharmacy, biologics, marketing

 

[Requirement]

- Minimum 3 years of experience in promoting pharmaceutical products

  2+ years of oncology produtct experience preferred 

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Mid or high level of MS Office skills

- Good proficiency in English (Preferred)
