모집분야 및 자격요건

  • OEM Field Sales Specialist

Key Purpose of the Role: 

Achieve Sales Rep individual target and other key performance indicators.

Increase qualified all customer database for targeted segments.

Follow up on sales leads, fast response towards fulfilling customers enquiries.

Achieve personal & business unit (OEM) target and agreed Key Performance Indicator. (KPI)

Territory key account management & self-generator lead development.

Generate new lead and assist in organize marketing event in enhance new lead.

Provide monthly report & sales forecast as per requested


Key Responsibilities:

Managing existing accounts and consistently updating sales pipelines.

Qualifying database and updating SAP

Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedules

Identifying current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirements

Support team leader in execution of marketing campaigns, leads generation and management


Technical Advisory and Product Advocate 

Responsible for actively driving and managing project pipelines

Provide technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the technical support team. Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for MT products

Communicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating MT’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields

Interact with customers’ engineering teams to illustrate MT valued propositions

Responsible for representing the products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc

Develop customer`s staff by providing technical information and training

Conduct Negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers


Mandatory:

Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Electronic, Electrical, Control, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering

Basic knowledge on Control Instrumentation System (Scale, LoadCell, Balance, Sensors, Transmitters, PLC etc)

Basic knowledge on Data communication protocol (Serial, TCP/IP, Analog output, PLC communication)

About 2 years working experience in a technical sales environment

Self-starter with a proactive approach

Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skills

Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability

Basic proficiency in English language

Valid driving license

Preferred:

계측기 기술영업 (기계/전기/통신 설비설치 및 기술지원)

 EPC Business B2B 영업 유경험자

2~5년 내외의 Field Sales 경력 보유자

영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

자가용 보유자(입사 후 1~2달 내에 자차 보유할 수 있는 자)
