Overseeing all of the daily sales performance and necessary operations of the stores.

Driving sales growth and profitability in lined with business strategy by initiating and executing retail action plans.

Building and maintaining close partnership with department stores.

Supporting, motivating and training retail staffs to achieve targeted KPIs while co-working relevant departments such as the internal trainer.

Engaging and encouraging staff thus to ensure the staff represents and embraces Leica Values

Managing day-to-day operation of stores


Main Responsibility

General Administration

-Manage monthly expense and vendor contracts

-Maintain effective and clean office environment

-Manage office stationery and pantry supplies

-Engage general administration support for company event organization when required.

HR Assistant

-Supporting employees’ benefit programs

-Supporting internal training, medical check-up, internal event

-Supporting Human Resources Manager when required

Others

-Perform other related duties as assigned

-Translation KOR-ENG, ENG-KOR

 

Qualifications & Experience

 - Bachelor’s degree or Undergraduate student

 - Fluent and proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

 - Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and time management skills

 - Not disqualified for overseas travel
