[Position] Social Producer_F (소셜 프로듀서, 3~5년 이상)

LEGOLAND® Korea Resort내 Sales & Marketing 부서에서 소셜미디어 및 SNS를 포함한 레고랜드코리아 공식 채널운영을 맡아주실 Social Producer를 채용합니다. 소셜 미디어를 통한 브랜드 커뮤니케이션이나CRM을 통해 컨텐츠를 기획을 경험한 분들을 우대하고 있습니다. 자세한 사항은 반드시 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.




Position Summary:

?Develop and grow social media presence and secure high engagement among followers on LLKR social channels and other owned channel communication including brand web, official LEGOLAND App, News Letter and KakaoPlusFriend channel. Support digital marketing activities, CRM communication and plan, develop, implement, and manage brand communication via social media content, activities and programs for LEGOLAND Korea.




Scope and Responsibilities:

?Create contens and support real time management of owned channels, focusing on social channels to align with other owned channel communication.

-Content Creation

?Work with Brand Team and appropriate departments (including Retail, F&B, Operations/events, Hotel Operation,) to develop and deliver optimized content for official brand website, official app and CRM channels(KakaoPlusFriend, News Letter etc.), which is relevant and integrated with marketing campaigns. Also make sure to create strong and appealing communication design/text suitable for digital and mobile.

?Be the expert in relation to develop content for social media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, FB as well as naver blog and kakaotalk.

?Produce strong engaging content covering video, still images and text to be used in social media.

?Ensure consistency in tone of voice for posts /Social Media communication and ensure aligned to brand communication and guideline of content by relevant stakeholders.

?Ensure Social Media activities are aligned with external communication to work as an amplifier.


-Content Management

?Manage the CMS, CRM communication channels are kept up to date, relevant and optimized and ensure that marketing message can reach target customers through relevant digital & mobile platforms including owned channels such as brand website and app.

?Work with central team, agencies and relevant development partners to deliver additional development and deliver most up to date information for visitors and customers.

?Ensure always up to date on social media algorithms to maximize exposure and reach

?Constantly research and benchmark up-to-date market trend and competitor analysis to raise the bar of LEGOLAND Korea’s social communication.


·Support eCommerce management

?Assist e-Commerce sales to ensure that all relevant products (including Up-sells / Cross sells) go live on sale page and channels are optimized to deliver purchasing journey.


Requirements and Experience:

?Proficient photo and video editing skills and managing skills for the Social Media platforms

?Ablity to produce engaging video plus write engaging text for posts are very important

?Must be able to use Adobe-After Effects and Premiere

?Portfolio submission required

?Creativity to ‘see or capture stories’ and Ability to think strategically and conceptually.

?Experience in a theme park, hotel, resort, attraction, or entertainment a plus.

?Basic understanding on digital strategy and brand communication

?Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers.



Education:

?A bachelor’s degree in (digital) marketing, Social media, Communications, Multimedia, Design or other related fields preferred




Other Job Requirements:

?Must be able to work frequently on-site and on weekends
