ㆍSupport Korean customer for technical inquiries related to products which have been sold for Korean customers ㆍSupport customer`s inquiry related to Classic AUTOSAR and Security ㆍSupport customer`s inquiry related to ethernet switch product ㆍWhen inquires are raised by customers EBK engineer analyzes the request of customers and try to solve it through various way like checking user`s manual, AUTOSAR specification, debugging, source code analysis or etcs. ㆍWhen supporing customer, various tools like Lauterbach Trace32, CANoe and etc are used. ㆍIf the inquiry cannot be handled by EBK engineer, he/she can reach to a global expert engineer to find a tip or solution. ㆍMake a demo project and demonstrate it for Korean customer when there is request for it ㆍContact or visit customers to support technical inquires efficiently if it`s necessary.
