Responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
● Conduct day-to-day inspections to ensure our operations are in compliant to company hygiene standards
● Observe and check in-house shelf life management process is well maintained
● Conduct regular audits to identify food safety/hygiene risks and discuss solutions with QA Supervisor / Manager
● Prepare and support internal/ external HACCP / Hygiene audits with QA and Operations
● Actively support corrective / preventive measure from internal / external audit findings
● Support documentation checks and validate production processes
● Develop and implement quality control procedures
● Maintaining accurate records of quality control/ food safety procedures
● Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality/ hygiene issues
● Train production/ operations staff on quality control / food safety procedures
● Support quality and food safety studies with QA and Operations team
● Actively report non-conformances on a regular basis to QA and Operations Leader
● Carry out flash audits on a daily basis via MDC system
Qualifications
Education:
● Bachelor of Science, Food Science or Catering
Work Experience:
● F&B / Manufacturing less than 3 years of quality control experience ( Optional but preferred)
● Consistent, objective and honest attitude in all communication and handling of food safety, service quality and hygiene issues versus
Gate Gourmet and external parties
● Act quickly and positively to all sensible request for advice and assistance in quality control and hygiene issues from the operation
● Willing to perform shift
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
● Proficient in Microsoft office Application
Language / Communication Skills:
● Fluent in Korean and a good command of English is prefered
