- Improve product quality performance and manage performance level to meet customer target PPM
- Coordinate customer audit to Aptiv global manufacturing sites, PPAP, and Change management
- Attend joint vehicle level investigation with customers.
- Position Requirement
- bachelor degree in electronic, mechanical or computer engineering
- Good interpersonal skill and capability to manage conflict situations.
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Teamwork oriented
- Preferred
- Advanced or Warranty Quality experience in automotive industry
- Familiar with HKMC development process and 0-km/warranty procedure

- Business / Project execution
- launches the project successfully through functionally integrated teams (focus on Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery and Methodology).
- Product quality
- leads the Project Team to meet First Time Quality [FTQ] goals and meet Worldwide Formal Customer Complaints (WFCC) goals
- Cost and budget
- meets the investment spending and financial statistics
- Customer / supplier relationships
- interface to customers for Project Management activities
- customer management and communication alignment between different stakeholders
- New business
- cooperates with Start Center leaders on quote activities
- Continuous Improvement
- supports enterprise effectiveness / efficiency through the use of Lean / I&CIM techniques
- People Management
- leads by influence
- makes sure he/she cooperates with the Groups Managers to ensure proper resource
- Compliance
- ensures compliance with Aptiv product development process.

- REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer science…etc)
- With 5 or more years’ experience with products and business systems
- Advanced English communication skills
- Project/Program management knowledge
- Preferred
- Global automotive industry experience is preferred.
| | Sales Account Manager | - About This Position
- Sales account manager is responsible for new business growth as well as growth and value creation for existing customers. Responsible for contributing to commercial aspects in identifying, quoting, and winning new business, while increasing the size of the opportunity space with customer portfolio. S / he will contribute to the critical sales elements including but not limited to customer strategy, price management, stakeholder relationship management internally and externally and sales cycle.
- Responsibilities
- Leading sales activities as an account manager of Advanced Safety and User Experience
- Management to sustain current business growth for ADAS
- Working with global pursuit team, finance, logistics and others in all of Aptiv regions.
- Working with customer purchasing team to negotiate pricing, financial performance and other sales related
- Develop and nurture relationships with customer organizations across the functions(Purchasing, Engineering, Project, etc.)
- Capability of forecast revenue management, business budget plan by working with internal team and customer
- Work closely with global counterparts to implement global strategy
- Interface with Aptiv global commercial teams and manufacturing plants to ensure customer’s expectations
- Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with Hyundai and Kia in automotive industry
- Overall 7+ years working experience
- Sales experience for ADAS or electronics product - Preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient English both in verbal and in written
- Capability on sales planning, data analysis and financial statement as sales account manager
- Good skill set of MS Office tools
