Job Overview:
Company is
seeking a ETS Lead IT Operations
Analyst/Business Engagement Lead, Korea. This role will work in a collaborative
team environment that suggest and/or delivers proper solutions or support upon
business or associate’s request for Korea market. And this will work closely with various functional or divisional
teams/stakeholders in Korea and global teams in Our Company, too.
Main Responsibilities: o Overall
- Engaging IT/ETS
teams & service/platform owners to support business objectives.
- Align/collaborate with other IT/ETS
teams to manage the annual IT/ETS
budget of the market.
- Alignment with
Global IT standards and
Global IT processes.
- Accountable (where applicable) for
delivery of projects in the market.
o As a
Business Engagement Lead
- Develops working relationships with a
diverse group of business stakeholders and gain an understanding of the
complex nature of the sub-region’s business.
- Meets with
business management and associate(s) to understand business priority
requirements and to determine system requirements for each functional or
divisional team.
o As an End
User Support Services Lead
- Provide administrative and supervisory
role to the local EUSS team.
- Managing incidents and user support
for the Korea market on a day-to-day basis.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation,
maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company`s IT infrastructure,
including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
