Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, scheduling, offer
negotiation and closure ?
Keep close communication and guide candidates from process stage to on-boarding ?
Maintain and manage sourcing channels (Job portals, internal referrals, vendors
etc) ?
Prepare weekly hiring reports to manager and other ad hoc reports such as market
survey as required ?
Maintain good communication with all stakeholders ? Hiring Managers and other
related internal teams ?
Support other HR/Recruitment ad hoc activities 6. Qualifications: ?
Bachelor’s degree or above ?
Minimum 5 years or above experience in recruiting ?
Experience in hiring diversified skills, especially in the semiconductor
industry preferable ?
Good command in English and Korean (verbal and written communication skills) ?
Self-driven, passionate individual and team player with the ability to closely
interact with business, understand priorities, resolve challenges and drive
progress
