글로벌 패션브랜드 HR L&D Specialist (사원대리) 

[담당업무]

1. Store training
- Overall store training framework design(On, Off-line, and Blended)
- Store training operation process set-up (cross-functional)
- Global retail program analysis and application in Korea with customization
- Online training contents review and quality control
- Store training coordination by co-working with other function
- TTT(Train the trainer) for internal trainer or external trainer
- Store sales skill program operation

2. HQ training & development
- Annual training planning and budget management
- Competency development program design
- Individual Development Planning (IDP) process
- Leadership development and Talent review
- Newcomer onboarding / orientation
- Global mentoring program operation
- Team building and culture enhancement program planning & operation
- Support Engagement survey follow up program
- Mandatory and compliance training (Korea, global) operation
- English training, etc.

3. Global & Local project
- Implement global DE&I initiatives and plan and execute local DE&I actions
- Support various company or team project and program 

[자격요건]

- 최소 1년의 매장교육의 경력자
-At least 3 years of training experience
-Experience with working in global organization
-Experiences of retail training operation (strongly preferred)
-Fluent in English skill (Business English)
-Solid Retail and product knowledge
-Excellent communication skill
-Strong organizational skill
-Strong customer service orientation
