? Developing project financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting and pricing on proposals
? High-level financial reporting and analysis
? Continually monitor and evaluate each step of a project lifecycle starting from project set up, milestone invoicing, expenditure on projects and project performance. Getting closure of projects done after recovering money from client.
? Discuss the progress of each project with Partners and Project Managers about schedule changes and project scope adjustments
? Reviews cost estimates after execution and working capital requirements.
? Cash management of the project including cash flow forecasting
? Manage contingencies and provisions for contractual and financial risks.
? Analyse work in progress and review program expenditure (expenses correctly accounted for, authorized contingencies, invoices, etc)
? Provide the BU FD & Partner with all necessary financial data and any information of possible consequence.
? Consolidate project figures of all entities (worldwide) involved in the project
? Develop Project wise tracker to keep track of milestones, work in progress and invoice payments along with issues. Present the details of these reports during group or one-on-one meetings with BU FD.
? Escalate issues to BU FD & Partner to ensure timelines are met
? Ability to recognize which areas of project development need to be re-addressed in order to maintain efficiency and cost control.
