담당업무

- (Main) plans, organized, leads and direct technical work and has responsibility of development activities for new program like as followings.
- Managing design issue during development phase with customer and design team
- Managing quality issue during development phase with customer and design team until model fix to transfer program (Korea)
- Common issue by plants request. 

? Serves as a liaison and coordinates development activities between Plants and Korea customer.
? Participates in continuous improvement efforts. Researches, recommends, and implements new and/or existing products, processes, materials, and equipment.
? Performs other duties as necessary for completion of projects and achievement.
? Corresponding to customer visit to the plants. 

자격요건

- 대졸 이상 공학 전공자
- 원활한 영어 구사능력 필수 (Directly reporting to HQ, 능통자 우대)
- 자동차부품 업계 관련 경력 약 5년 이상
- Engineering experience with broad understanding of HMC programs and processes (현대기아 프로그램)
- 자동차부품 업계 (특히 현대기아) 고객사 대응 및 개발 이벤트, 테크니컬 이슈 f/up 경력 필수

- 고객사와 본사와의 소통과 조율 및 PM 역할 잘 수행하실 수 있는 분
