담당업무 Job accountabilities: MARKETING MANAGEMENT - Develops and implements local brand strategies according to international brand strategies, butlocalized to meet the specific demands and intricacies of the country’s cosmetics landscape
- Manages product portfolio and SKUs ensuring that all launches are strategic, sustainable,addressing market demands, and strengthening the brands’ positioning
- Plan, develop and execute marketing communications (online/offline advertisements) and PR planin accordance to global and regional directions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders in developing & organizing Online/offline Marketing &Promotional materials/campaigns
- Guide in developing, implementing, and measuring effectivity of retail activities/promotions thathype up launches and pillar franchises, while still delivering high margins for the brand
- Guide in per-SKU forecasting by determining nationwide demand
- Analysis sales and budget to ensure that the brand’s tactics are working towards the achievementof total brand targets
- Prepare monthly marketing reports
자격요건
ㆍ학력 : 대학 4년제 졸업이상자
ㆍ경력 : 경력 7년이상
Qualification and Experience - At least 7 years of experience in Branding, Marketing or PR experience in Beauty. Luxury/Premium Fragrance, color or skin care beauty experience preferred.
- Able to handle a project from conceptualization till completion
- Experience with social media, digital marketing and trade marketing will be advantageous
