Started in 1981, 0000 is a family-owned business and is a leading manufacturer of Mass Flow and Pressure Meters /Controllers for gases and liquids.

Requirements:

·         Engineering Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering.

·         Minimum 4 years work experience in MFC industry or Semicon, Chemical industries as Service Manager/ Leader/ Engineer.

·         Experience on PLC programming and digital communications such as RS232, RS485 desired.

·         Fluent English skill a must. Needs to communicate with Headquarters and other Global Service Offices..

·         Valid Korea Driver’s licence a must.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for customer service activities associated with troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of 0000 Instruments.

·         Complete, maintain, and process pertinent paperwork and records, from service reports via ERP and database.

·         Technical aptitude to understand assigned products, with an astute knowledge of industry market tr ends.

·         Able to analyze data, sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.

·         Creative thinker with a strong propensity for problem solving.
