- Responsible for the assigned accounts / trade lanes 

- Follow up with customer to obtain completed and accurate doc. to meet with the export/import regulation. 

- Attend to all customers enquiries and respond in a timely manner with accurate information. 

- Provide timely and accurate flight schedule to customers. 

- Coordination with overseas stations 

- Document processing for Air Export/Import shipment. 

- Ensure proper file opening/closing/checking in system within the set timeframe. 

- Ensure invoices are issued on time and accurately. 

- Arrange EDI transmission to the customs house
