담당업무

Job Scope
To provide support to PR & Communications department with various tasks. 
To drive and maximize brand awareness through proper communications including direct-to-customer activities and social media operation.
 
Main Job Responsibilities
 
1. PR & Communications 

  1. Develops and executes the PR & Communication strategy.
  2. Works closely with PR agency to develop & formulate efficient plans.
  3. Establish strong relationships with key partners (media / Stylist).
  4. Negotiates best coverage and best position in all channels throughout the year in order to maximize the brand’s media coverage.
  5. Writes and distributes press release.
  6. Maintains and delivers monthly clipping results. Maintains a complete office library.
  7. PR photo shooting arrangements. (Event, New Store Opening, Products shots, SNS content)
  8. Celebrity endorsement or product placement opportunities
  9. Measures all relevant PR & Communication KPI’s.
  10. Control all the inventory of PR samples and collaterals.
  11. Track delivery status 

 
2. Events / Store promotion Coordination 

  1. Execute seasonal retail and marketing activities, and brand projects.
  2. Coordinate with the suppliers during the installation and execution for special events.
  3. To execute all programs within the approved framework and authorized budget.
  4. Monitor and report competitor activities and relevant industry trends, events, and opportunities.
  5. Analyze and evaluate the results for all events, prepare reports as required on time. 
  6. Maintain a proper filing and tracking system of quotations and invoices.

 
3. Marketing 

  1. Maximize product launch campaigns based on HQ and local marketing calendars.
  2. Local gifts production.
  3. Top 20 VIC gifting and care (Integrated Membership and Mileage Program)

 
4. Social Media Operation 

  1. Establish social media marketing strategy for brand owned social media channels. 
  2. Manage social media channels for multiple accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube)
  3. Work with social media agency to maximize KPIs (Traffic, Engagement, Conversion)
  4. Create and post daily content based on the HQ guideline and Internal event plan.
  5. Translate copy (English a Korea) for social media posting.
  6. Monitoring across all social media channels.
  7. Analyze social media posting and advertising performance, and report to PR manager.
  8. Manage ad-hoc activities.;
