Position
Description:
You will be responsible for launching / following CRM
campaigns and monitoring clienteling programs at local level. Ensure the
highest level of client experience is delivered in the market in order to
explore new clients and maintain or upgrade the existed one.
Your
main missions would be the following:
CRM
strategy & campaigns
- Develop CRM strategies based
on the understanding of our clients’ demand and our boutiques’ priorities
(client profiling for guest/audience selection, KPI analysis for event and
gifting program target setting)
- Ensure compliance of local PCRM strategy with WWD
strategy and corporate rules
- Manage CRM campaigns from
headquarter and initiate campaigns fit for the local markets
- Design, plan and organize
in-store and off-site events, including third party collaborations, for new
client acquisition.
- Monitor the CRM activities of competition brands
- Conduct
instore pre-event briefing and training to ensure the highest standard of
client experience and alignment on messages
CRM
tools and reports
- Manage local CRM Budget
- Own the local prospect &
client database, ensure the quality of existing and new data collected to
guarantee the most efficient and accurate target selection for each CRM action.
- Provide monthly report
analysis on KPIs results and constructive feedbacks on local CRM actions
- Train boutique teams on CRM
tools, ensure proper usage and report incidences
- Support
the development and implementation of new projects such as My CAT, Digital
Client Card, etc.
Requirements
Experience, business and technical skills
- In depth knowledge of luxury industry
- IGood communication and negotiation skills
- At least 6 years` experience in sales
- Excellent understanding of the selling process and of customer behavior
