모집 분야 및 자격 요건

Menu Development Lead

Department: Menu Management / Marketing

Reporting structure: Report to Sr. Marketing Director


Principal Accountabilities:


  • -  Build McDonald’s Korea’s menu strategy and future roadmap.
  • -  Manage the 3-year menu calendar for NPD cycle including resource allocation, cross functional team communication, prioritization, adherence and delivery to timelines, day to day management of team.
  • -  Lead cross functional Menu Management committee, including managing overall timeline for menu development, facilitating, and coordinating processes in each function, scenario planning obtaining the viewpoint from all keys departments (Marketing, Supply Chain Management and Restaurant Operations), preparing detailed actionable tactical plan and/or product brief, getting approval from TMT(Top Management Team) and sharing this tactical plan to each department.
  • -  Develop insight driven and consumer focused products, by working with appropriate suppliers, which solicit buy-in from the McDonald’s system.
  • -  Communicate with global and regional Menu councils and other markets to find proven performers for benchmarking.
  • -  Conduct post launch testing and analysis for continuous refinement and updating of menu items.


Qualifications:


  • -  Minimum 10-year experience and proven track record in QSR & Informal Eating Out brands
  • -  Bachelor’s degree or above
  • -  Culinary background
  • -  Above intermediate level of English proficiency in both written and verbal.
  • -  Strong leadership as a team leader, Team manager experience preferred
  • -  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
