Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Digital Marketing Team Assistant based in Seoul.

[Key Accountabilities]


Digital marketing campaign

  • Develop a digital marketing strategy with the goal to drive traffic and increase brand awareness and generate leads through relevant digital channels. (Naver, Kakao, Instagram etc.)
  • Digital marketing campaign planning and management, ensuring that the campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet high standards for creative & operational excellence. (search, display, social, influencer, media buying etc.)
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of digital marketing activations.
  • Research and analyze the Korea digital ecosystem landscape and the latest key trends.
  • Tap into new digital channels/ platforms and reinforcement into social activities for recruit younger and local clients to online channels and offline stores.

Social channel management

  • Manage owned digital channels such as KakaoTalk Channel and Dolce&Gabbana.kr and develop social media strategies and relevant contents.
  • Develop local social media contents calendar in partnership with global social team.
  • Create social postings align with the global & local campaigns (3 or 4 postings per week).
  • Develop, analyze and deliver executive monthly social media campaign reports.

Influencer marketing

  • Assist in collaboration with a magazine/ influencer and digital campaign.
  • Organize monthly online news plan and influencer strategy for the campaign and manage social influencer groups and seeding.

Paid media operation

  • Plan and execute paid media activities to build a strong brand awareness and desirability.
  • Play a key role in media planning and implementation of media strategies with strong focus on digital (Display, paid Social, SEM, SEO etc.) to drive valid traffic and conversion.
  • Monitor day-to-day campaign fulfillment and provide insights for optimization based on data driven analysis.
  • Coordinate communications between global team and local stakeholders(landlords, publishers, agency etc.) to streamline asset preparation and delivery for all channels incl. DOOH and digital.
  • Support reporting needs with agency partners including post media buying report, budget, competitive report etc.

Communication & Reports

  • Provide seamless communication (email, conference calls & in-person meetings) with a global team in verbal and written English.
  • Understanding of analytic implementation & database
  • Manage KPIs planning and tracking of database
  • Support overall digital marketing budget management
  • Work with cross-functional teams with relevant work.
  • Support the digital marketing manager in activating Dolce&Gabbana Korea’s digital community and facilitating best practice sharing

[Qualifications]

  • 1 year contract position
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in relevant experience in digital marketing field
  • Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent in a relevant business-related field
  • Interested in and senitive to Digital media trends
  • Independent and proactive work attitude and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
