< What will you be doing > 
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, R&D, Quality and Operations of #####. 
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  *General
    1.    Focus on several energy storage product lines and related market segments for EU & NA
    2.    Be the product/market subject matter expert, gain in-depth understanding of customer 
       applications and use cases and be able to create marketing materials and presentations that will 
       drive design wins and future growth
    3.    Help build and maintain market models, go-to-market plans and future technology/product 
       roadmaps
 
   *Product and technology
    1.    Become a key stakeholder / influencer for future product development and roadmap alignment for 
       market segments and customers
    2.    Owner of product life cycle from ideation, through MRD/PRD, to NPI and EOL
    3.    Work with technical teams on future products and technologies and solidify plans with business 
      cases, value propositions, and go to market plans
    4.    Communicate with internal stakeholders ? ###### Product teams (RSS/C&I/e-mobility), 
       Cell/System R&D with strategic insight
 
   *Strategic Analysis
    1.    Build/Drive market segment, product and go to market strategies for energy storage solutions
    2.    Market and Competitors analysis?Track & analyze market/ technology/ key customers trend and 
       competitor’s movement 

자격요건

  -At least 5+ years of professional experience or BS degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical 
   Engineering or evidence of exceptional experience in related fields. (석사 선호)
  -In-depth understanding battery industry (Preferably Commercial and Industrial ESS, Utility ESS)
  -Prior work as a R&D Project Leader in ESS system including Battery system, PCS and PMS is desirable
  -Deep understanding and working knowledge in product development process like APQP
  -Fluent speaking in English & writing capability required as well as excellent communication and 
   documentation skills.
  -Experience in understanding and/or writing product MRDs and collaborating with Sales, R&D, Quality 
   and Operation teams.
  -Proven experience with strategic thinking, analytical, data collection and interpretation
  -Metrics-driven mindset, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  -Excellent interpersonal skills to build and develop relationships internally and externally.
  -Ability to execute multiple projects and tasks in parallel.
