The purpose of this role is to:

ㆍDeliver engaging, interactive and actionable learning on the Connect platform to clients and client facing teams to increase client satisfaction

ㆍSupport the roll out of the global training plan in APMEA


Responsibilities

ㆍDeliver professional client training on Connect platform and basic analytics to internal associates, local and global clients.

ㆍWork closely with client teams to facilitate the global training plan of multi-client virtual training

ㆍKeep abreast of new developments in Connect to ensure that all training incorporates and aligns with changing needs

ㆍHelp to modify training materials (screen shots, scenarios) to ensure that our material is always up to date

ㆍEnsure that tracking information on training delivered is kept up to date

ㆍManage good working relationships with specialists across organizations

ㆍAssist in the development of other trainers both within and outside of our existing team


Qualification

ㆍFluency in English

ㆍStrong MS Office Knowledge

ㆍExcellent verbal and written communication skills

ㆍGood organizational and time management skills

ㆍProven competencies regarding working across cultures, working with data or delivering training are an advantage

ㆍFluency in another Asian language would be an advantage
