담당업무

O Build Effective Teams

- Source, recruit, hire, and on-board top talent

- Lead, develop, coach and motivate high-performing teams

- Spend time in both stores and delivery centers; and provide coaching, and in-the-moment feedback to management and senior team leaders

- Reinforce a culture of leadership and team excellence: training standards, succession planning, talent acquisition and employee retention

- Create a culture of employee engagement and recognition of high performers

- Directly manage a team of people-leaders across field retail, service-plus, and delivery locations

- Set clear team targets and individual goals; hold teams accountable by driving performance

- Represent Brand in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both internally and externally

O Drive Team Performance

- Set clear targets and plans on Customer Service, market sales and delivery pipelines; hold teams accountable by driving performance management with local leadership

- Use reports and dashboards to make actionable business recommendations to managers and executive leadership

- Proactively mediate and resolve any customer concerns or escalations that require additional leadership support

- Develop and execute daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly strategies to hit targets and drive profitability

- Build a robust demand generation and market segmentation strategy to achieve KPI and sales objectives

- Recognize and celebrate the wins and team success

O Reinforce Operational Standards

- Develop and reinforce high operational standards by coaching through and reinforcing targets

- Reinforce Safety and Security standards by partnering with EH&S, Workplace & Security teams

- Create a continuous improvement culture by actively collecting feedback, testing strategies, and improving vehicle and customer flow in each sales and delivery location

- Partner with fleet logistics to optimize sales and delivery processes

- Utilize reports and dashboards to provide feedback to management on strategic direction, as well as execute process management changes

- Keep executive leadership informed through a regular cadence of emails and calls

- Help control expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services

O Strategic Business Planning

- Develop commercial awareness of market and partner with local communities, businesses, and Brand owners to create opportunities for growth

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across real estate, charging, marketing, government affairs, retail operations, recruiting, HR, financial operations, and service to develop a market strategy

- Collaborate with business partners to execute strategy for marketing initiatives, charging infrastructure, delivery center logistics, and real estate expansion

- Lead conversation to provide consistent feedback to internal teams regarding sales processes, capacity, throughput, and errors


자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑

- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines

- Driven ? effective at using data, logic, and instincts to identify problems and execute solutions; Experience running complex processes using Lean or other techniques

- Trustworthy ? Passionate dedication and ethical approach to management and operations

- Collaborative - Successful history of building relationships; evidence of being a well-respected, trusted partner, and someone others want to work with

- People management : A person who manages at least 50 people, but is good at and familiar with hands on

- Passion for Brand’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy

- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, and sales skills

- Prior P&L experience required

- Experience of at least 3 years in the retail industry is required, with preference of someone who has progressed from a store manager role

- Excellent written and spoken English and Korean is required
