[Position] Safety Manager_D (산업안전관리자, 7년 이상)

LEGOLAND® Korea Resort, Health, Safety, Security 부서에서 Safety Manager를 채용합니다. 테마파크 및 리조트, 호텔 등 Hospitality 산업에서 사업장 내 산업 안전보건관리 체계 수립 및 산업 안전보건법, 중대재해처벌법 등 안전 관리 업무 경험이 7년 이상 있으신 분을 우대합니다. 또한 사업장 내 위험성 평가 업무 지원, 사업장 종사자 안전교육 등을 진행하며 산업 안전 기사 자격증을 필수로 요구 하고 있습니다. 자세한 사항은 반드시 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Scope of Job:

-Fulfillment of obligations to secure safety and health in the business or workplace, such as planning and implementation of necessary measures under Health and Safety (H&S) related laws, and Merlin H&S standard, including establishment of policies to prevent harm to the H&S of staffs and contractors, and the planning and execution of H&S related budgets.

Key Objectives:

-Ensure and support to comply local regulation

-Ensure and support to comply Merlin policy and guideline

-Lead and manage Health and safety management system

-Support work performance of KOSHA Person In Charge (PIC) of Health and Safety, and managers.

Main Responsibilities:

-Ensure and support to comply local regulation

-License to operate: Ensure having proper license and permit to operate business

-Ensure to comply requirements of local regulation : Regular inspection, Report, training, legally required personnel, risk assessment, and so on

-Lead to implement Merlin H&S standard and requirement, and ensure to comply

-Ensure and support to comply Merlin policy and guideline

-Support LLKR employee understand and comply Merlin’s requirements through communication

-Work with compliance manager of each department and ensure to comply

-Support and arrange to translate Merlin policy and guideline.

-Lead and manage Health and safety management system

-Plan and implement KOSHA-MS in LLKR.

-Support to develop or to update of H&S policy, guideline, and procedure

-Ensure H&S management system through regular audit

-Support work performance of KOSHA Person In Charge (PIC) of Health and Safety

-Provides direction, guidance, coaching, and development to LEGOLAND Korea line management to enable the Resort and departments within to own and drive their HSS programs/improvements.

-Others

-Ensure risk assessment and root cause investigation practice and check for improvement.

-Collect opinion related health and safety and ensure actions and improvement

-Ensure emergency response drill have been conducted and support to develop or to modify procedures.

-Lead contractor safety management system

-Other tasks necessary to establish and implement a system to prevent major industrial accidents.

-Ensure storage and management of record under H&S related.

-Lead Other tasks necessary for fulfilling obligations under KOSHA

Education & Certification:

-산업안전기사 소지자 (Engineer Industrial Safety)

Background and Experience:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety or related field

-Additional certifications to relevant Korean legislations/ international Health and Safety qualifications are preferred.

Other Job Requirements:

-Must be willing to work flexible hours

-Performs other duties as assigned.

Health & Safety:

-Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line Director of Operations and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.
