MarqVision is a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) startup founded out of Harvard, accelerated at Y-Combinator, and backed by prominent VCs such as Softbank Ventures Asia and DST Global. We offer an AI-powered intellectual property (IP) protection platform that helps brands automatically detect and remove counterfeits from global online marketplaces and social media platforms. Currently, global luxury brands and many large domestic brands are using MarqVision to protect and enforce their IP Online.


MarqVision uses its proprietary deep-learning-based AI algorithm to detect IP-infringing products online. We then use our bot-powered auto-reporting technology and legal expertise to take down infringements efficiently and effectively. Finally, we provide our customers with key performance metrics to help them improve their IP legal strategy using data. This is a trillion-dollar problem worldwide and we are positioned to become a leader in the space.

Position Details

Account Executive

B2B

Responsibilities 


As a deal-closing rep, you will help boost revenues through sales initiatives targeted at prospects in the Korea Market. You will be responsible for:

  • ? Advising prospective customers on our customized solutions
  • ? Demonstrating how our products help remove counterfeit products and catch bad actors
  • ? Running effective business meetings and demo sessions with potential customers
  • ? Closing business with prospective customers
  • ? Coordinating with our Account Management team to execute upsells for existing customers
  • ? Managing forecast accurately on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis


Qualifications


  • ? 3-5 years of prior sales experience in a closing role for a B2B SaaS company or an IT solution company
  • ? Excellent verbal communication skills in Korean, conversational level in English
  • ? Ability to self-prospect. This is an outbound sales role
  • ? Used to working a 2-4 month sales cycle with ACVs from $30 - $50K
  • ? Strong track record of achieving or going beyond monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • ? Experience running sales meetings with senior-level executives
  • ? Be part of a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth for our company

  • ? Experience selling to fashion, retail, and luxury brands
  • ? Interest in or experience with Intellectual Property
  • ? Knowledge of MEDDICC and the full life cycle of the sales process
  • ? A person with excellent adaptability to the agile organizational culture
