As Sales Lead,? Small Medium Business, you will be part of the Small Medium Business sales organization in NIQ APAC and will collaborate with the respective market Sales Team to generate revenue for the products you assigned for Small and Medium Clients in your respective market. To be successful in this role, you need to have a proven track sales record. You will be a team player that has a strong bias for action, and an ability to ‘find a way’ to overcome barriers and challenges. As we are a global organization, you will build networks, and work on assignments and opportunities across borders, which will require strong written and verbal communication skills.? Existing/Previous knowledge and exposure to NIQ retail measurement data will be a plus.
Responsibilities Commercial Leadership
ㆍDelivery of business Sales Medium Business target and business results by championing a client-centric sales mindset;
ㆍTo drive and champion a sales and growth mindset within the organization; ㆍTo develop a sales strategy and go-to-market execution plans, with a focus on growing revenue in new clients along with former NIQ clients; ㆍTo build and empower a team that is accountable for the delivery of business goals and targets. ㆍTo develop the right offerings for SMB, the affordable price points to penetrate SMB clients
Financial Acumen
ㆍOwn and manage SMB P&L in your respective market, delivering revenue and EBITDA targets; ㆍTo build and deliver the SMB annual operating plan, achieving revenue and cost targets; ㆍTo manage the ongoing pipeline management, sales forecasts & sales meetings. Client Leadership ㆍBuild SMB client prospect database ㆍSegment SMB clients by their data expertise & need state, to define relevant solutions that address their needs/ pain points ㆍWork with Marcom to develop compelling content and campaign specifically for SMB, to build awareness and generate qualified leads ㆍActively engage with clients & taking ownership; ㆍBe the voice of SMB client into NIQ, and the voice of NIQ into the client; ㆍTo ensure client centricity and satisfaction. Be an Ambassador ㆍTo represent the NIQ brand in the SMB market, participating in external events and professional speaking engagements; ㆍTo be a role model internally, participate in company events and activities
Qualifications
ㆍBachelor’s Degree in the related field ㆍ5-8 years of working experience and proven sales results ㆍStrategic sales and business development competency ㆍExcellent client management and relationship-building skills and ability to converse with stakeholders in clients’ organizations, up to C-Suite level ㆍKnowledge and understanding of strategy and the use of market data ㆍRelated industries include: Consumer Packaged Goods, Consultative Sales, B2B/SaaS Sales ㆍExperience with Sales Tech is a plus ㆍMaster full sales process from lead generation to closing sales
