Job Scope: -To contribute to the maximisation of business performance by formulating strategies to effectively achieve business objectives, managing investment budget for business expansion such as Resort, Attraction, etc. and analysing profitability of Capex investment. -경영목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위한 소비자 마켓 인사이트를 발굴하여, 전략을 수립하고, Resort, Attraction 등 사업확장을 위한 투자 플랜과 CAPEX 예산 관리 등 경영 성과 극대화에 기여합니다. Key Objectives: -To systematically support management`s decision-making to establish strategies to effectively achieve business objectives and efficiently allocate optimal resources. -Establish evaluation criteria based on management goals for the sustainable growth of LLKR, and analyse and report the performance of the organisation over a period of time based on these criteria. -Manage the investment budget and analyse the profitability of Capex investment in order to effectively achieve the management performance targeted by the organisation. -경영목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위한 전략을 수립하고 최적의 자원을 효율적으로 배분하도록 경영진의 의사결정을 체계적으로 지원합니다. -LLKR의 지속적 성장을 위하여 경영목표에 따른 평가기준을 마련하고, 일정기간 동안 조직이 수행한 성과를 이 기준에 따라 분석/정리하여 보고합니다. -조직이 목표로 하는 경영성과를 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여 투자 예산 관리합니다. -효과적인 CAPEX 프로젝트 런칭을 통해 리조트 고객 수와 매출 증가에 기여합니다. Job requirements: -Required Education -University graduate or above (Preferred: Graduate or above) / Major. -필수: 대학교 졸업 이상 (우대: 대학원 이상) / 전공무관 -Language requirements -Foreign language (English) fluency required -어학 요건: 외국어(영어)능통자 필수 Work Experience -At least 10 years of business planning or consulting experience -경영기획 또는 컨설팅 경력 10년 이상 -Preferred Qualifications: -Experience in management planning, new business planning, business-specific investment management, budget management, management performance management, etc. in related industries such as theme parks, resorts, hotels, etc. -Experience in cost/profit analysis -테마파크, 리조트, 호텔 등 유관산업의 경영계획, 신규사업 기획, 사업별 투자 관리 및 개발 프로젝트 기획과 실행 등 경력자 Health & Safety: -Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law.
