FMCG Product Launch Process Assistant (1년 계약직)

JOB PURPOSE

  • Be the proactive facilitator of the New Product Launch Process across functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery with quality by assisting the Project Lead to deliver business activities and critical milestones. 
  • Overall support Customer marketing and Category leadership works
  • Be the window of communication with product sourcing units(factories) to support multi functions by proceeding critical steps related to documentation and certifications for successful New Product launch, also to ensure full compliance in not only regulatory but also customer needs. 

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
1.New Product Launch Process(Activity Management) Tracking 

  • Activity Management led by Asia cluster S&OP team is to ensure all functions related to the New Product Launch Process are on the same page and progressed in the right timeline. 
  • Understand the full Activity Management process and the relevant multi-function stakeholders map to ensure seamless process progress.
  • Regularly monitor the Activity process tracker file on a daily basis and check the status of the current step, making sure the Line Manager is updated.
  • Proactively reach out to stakeholders for action to check whether there is any delay or issue so that it is managed carefully at the right timing.
  • Support the team to resolve process issues and blockers. E.g Check status of sample delivery from factory, find missing actions from function end, support distribution of package/products etc.
  • Support the completion and distribution of Selling toolkit, Key visual, and real product samples so that it’s delivered on time to the right stakeholders without missing. 
  • Support ideation and implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives by aligning with key stakeholders.


 2. Assist Customer marketing and Category leadership work

  • Working with the customer marketing team to develop promotional products. This includes communicating with overseas vendor, managing related documents, and processing PR/PO/IR by using SAP.
  • Support in-store activity development process such as sampling, POSM & display tool production 
  • Developing and managing master data for products and display fixtures
  • Assist to update Consumer Promotion spending closing report and review 
  • Competitor Activity Tracking (Pet nutrition & Confectionary) & sharing to sales team
  • Data analysis work support for category leadership project
  • Assist preparation of Team workshop and regular meeting 

 
3. Product Package and Labelling Compliance Project with SRA team 

  • Review new/renewal product artwork image by collecting contents of labelling requirements and specific regulations from Marketing/Supply Chain/SRA. (average 5~6 cases/week)
  •  Details of artwork specifications should be managed and documented in an excel file and any discrepancies should be reported to SRA.
  • Fill in LIS form of NPD/promotional/recipe changes etc. products by referring current AW and regulations from Marketing/Supply Chain/SRA. (average 5~6 cases/week) NIP table.
  • Confirm a package material of NPD by reaching out to PD and register in ERP system/
  • Re/Register pet feed products by collecting all docs and receiving review between SRA and City Hall.
  • Communicate with sourcing units(factories) for pet nutrition product launching requirements such as COA (Certificate of Analysis) and other occasional needs for regulatory compliance.

 
4. Be the main channel for Sourcing units(Factory) 

  • Be responsible for providing the necessary documents for Customs Clearance from factory side for successful product delivery.
  • Respond to requests from Korea Food & Drug Administration and Customs agency for COA, ingredient information, registration documents etc. by requesting each factory via email and follow up on timely completion. 
  • Respond to General inquiries coming from Sales customers or Consumer Care by translating Korean into English and sending to factory for proper response and timely completion.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS
1. nowledge/Experience
- University Graduate
- Proficient in English communication(Written)
 ** TOEIC(850 이상), 오픽 등 영어자격증 소지자, 면접 시 영어 작문 test 실시
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team and customer-supportive attitude and working style
- Trade Marketing experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry is preferred

LOCATION and CONDITION
