Project Manager
DESCRIPTION: As a role that focuses on completing a project as efficiently
and promptly as possible, expect to see any of the following duties and
responsibilities:
- To define and organize the good collaborations of
Project Management & adjacent departments to meet the business
requirement of quality, cost, risk, schedule, margin, competitiveness,
etc.
- Develop, lead & drive PM team with execution
strategy to continuously improve competency, customer focus behavior and
performance to fulfill both internal and external business requirement
- Overall control and drive of project execution
and management, especially of risk, cost, schedule and margin
- Support the development, improvement and
implementation of working procedures, tools and best practices in PM knowledge
and ensure the implementation & execution
- Collaborate & manage of customer relationships
to improve overall company & market competitiveness
- Reviewing the terms and condition of contract and
the scope of supply designed and purchase order
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Participating in tender process i.e. design,
submission and review
- Conducting project review and creating detailed
reports for management monthly
- Managing large and diverse teams
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Required 7 years’ of Project
Management experience dedicated in this field and includes degrees in any of
the following fields:
- Engineering or related
- Manufacturing related of Oil & gas, chemical & petrochemical equipment
