Business Partner for management and supervision of the controlling
activities

Definition of key financial objectives for the business
·
Management of the financial performance of the Business (solvency
analyses, P&L simulations, anticipation of the main variations between
news, budgets & forecasts, etc.)
·
Production of the main reports, KPIs and dashboards for business reviews
·
Coordination of the main financial processes of the Business: monthly
closings (in coordination with the accounting teams), Budget, and Business Plans,
in line with the Group strategic framework guidelines
·
Ensure IFRS compliance in the context of the consolidation carried out
by the Group
·
Prepare internal financial documentation for the Board Controlling
activities
·
Prepare the Commitment Committee for the projects
·
Follow-up of implementation of action plans in connection with
operations
Supervise the cash flow of the entity
·
Implement a rigorous cash planning process, providing short and medium
term visibility to the Group while ensuring a rigorous use of cash at local
level
·
Management of the working capital requirements on a day-to-day basis,
linked to investment needs
·
Solvency analysis of customers / partners / suppliers
Ensure statutory and tax compliance, in conjunction with the Group
·
Monitoring of local statutory, legal, tax and audit requirements
·
Ensuring the application and documentation of the Transfer Pricing rules
issued by the Group Tax Department
Managing the identification, monitoring and control of business risks
·
Building a map of the risks faced by the business, updated regularly
·
Definition of a control plan for these risks
·
Steering the deployment of the control plan
·
Monitoring of compliance and internal control
·
Coordination of internal audits and contribution to external audits at
business level
<Qualifications>
·
Education: Over University level (Accounting
related preferred)
·
6 ~ years of relevant experience in full sets of
account
·
Must be good in
analytical and conceptual skills
·
Good English communication
skill
·
High level of
coordinating skills
·
Must be Computer
literate (ERP, Excel)
