Duties and responsibilities
1.
Coordinate internal resources and clients /
vendors for the flawless execution of projects
a) Communication
between clients and vendors by e-mail, telephone
b) Documentation
for explaining the detail scope of supply by minute.
2.
Ensure that all materials for cooling
tower are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
a) Management
of all schedule for materials of cooling tower
b) Document
control for all documentation of cooling tower
c) Make
Purchase requisition regarding the schedule.
3.
Developing project scopes and objectives,
involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
a)
Meeting with clients,
internal resources, vendors
b)
Clarification about
the technical issues and scope of supply
4.
Ensure resource availability
a) Request
for the cost and human resource If need the human or resource for management.
5.
Develop a detailed project plan to track
progress
6.
Use appropriate verification techniques to
manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
7.
Measure project performance using appropriate
systems, tools and techniques
a) Making
the PSR
8.
Report and escalate to management as needed
a) Making
the Monthly progress report
9.
Manage the relationship with the client and all
stakeholders
10.
Perform risk management
to minimize project risks
a) Making
the cost for risk
b) Discuss
with client before the delivery date
c) Minimize
the Liquid damage
11.
Establish and maintain relationships with third
parties/vendors
12.
Create and maintain comprehensive project
documentation
a) Managing
the vendor documentations
b) Making
the detail documents
<Qualifications>

Education: Over University level (Mechanical /
Engineering related preferred)
·
6 ~ years of relevant experience
·
Must be good in
analytical and conceptual skills
·
Good English communication
skill
·
Overseas Business Trip
required (No issue on obtaining visa)
·
Must be Computer
literate
