O Talent Acquisition - Manage and full employee life-cycle activities including talent acquisition, from sourcing, interviewing, selection to offering activities, new employee onboarding & probation, employee termination, etc. - Own hiring strategy, sourcing, and build strong relationships with business stakeholders and candidates - Identify and attract the best talent in adherence with company’s vision and strategy - Implement various sourcing solutions O Compensation & Benefit - Responsible for overall compensation & benefit operation - Supervise payroll related process and collaborate with outsourcing vendor - Conduct for HR Budget planning - Operate employee benefit program (Group insurance, medical checkup and etc.) - Assist in conducting various employee benefit project O Learning and Development - Builds relationship with managers and employees as the values partner in the business to identify priorities and take ownership for the overall COMPANY’s L&D program - Support to executes projects and at times provides analysis and direction within a defined development plan. - Proactively drive and lead leadership development & employee training O Talent Management - Support to conduct employee performance management cycle - Support to conduct individual development plan - Support talent review and devise strategic program for high performer retaining and development O Employee Relations - Support Labor Union related communication & task - Support LMC operation process O HR Project - Conduct the HR project for HR administration work efficiency - Conduct various HR project to motivate the employees and make high performing organization - Proactively drive and lead leadership development & employee training

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력2년↑
- 2 ~ 7 years experience in Human Resources - Enthusiastic, self-starter - Strong Communications: Able to communicate in precise and logical
manner - Positive and open-minded approach - Deeply responsible and accountable with strong attention to detail and
organization
