Job Summary: The IT Manager is responsible for
overseeing the organization`s IT operations and ensuring the efficient and
secure use of technology resources. They are responsible for managing a team of
IT professionals, implementing IT strategies, and aligning technology with
business objectives. Responsibilities: 1.
IT Strategy and Planning: a.
Develop and implement the organization`s IT
strategy, aligning it with business goals. b.
Identify technology trends and advancements to
enhance the organization`s competitive edge. c.
Collaborate with senior management to define IT
budget, priorities, and resource allocation. 2.
Team Management and Leadership: a.
Manage and lead a team of IT professionals,
providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback. b.
Recruit, train, and develop IT staff to ensure a
competent and motivated team. c.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work
environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing. 3.
Software
Development Support a.
Collaborate with the software development team
at headquarters to understand their requirements. b.
Collect, analyze, and validate software
requirements, ensuring they align with business needs. c.
Facilitate communication and coordination
between software developers, stakeholders, and end-users. d.
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities
to ensure software functionality, reliability, and usability. 4.
IT Infrastructure Management: a.
Oversee the organization`s IT infrastructure,
including servers, networks, and hardware/software systems. b.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and
security of IT systems and infrastructure. c.
Monitor and optimize system performance,
capacity, and scalability. 5.
Project Management: a.
Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring
timely delivery within budget and scope. b.
Define project objectives, milestones, and
resource requirements. c.
Coordinate project teams, tasks, and activities,
and manage project risks and issues. 6.
Security and Risk Management: a.
Implement and maintain information security
policies and procedures. b.
Identify and mitigate IT security risks,
including data breaches and unauthorized access. c.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure
compliance with security standards. 7.
Vendor Management: a.
Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors,
ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services. b.
Negotiate and review contracts, Service Level
Agreements (SLAs), and licensing agreements. c.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with
vendors and technology partners. 8.
User Support and Customer Service: a.
Provide technical assistance and support to
end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues. b.

delivery, ensuring user satisfaction. Qualifications and Requirements: ·
Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, or a related field (relevant experience and certifications

Proven experience in IT management or leadership

technologies. ·
Strong technical knowledge across various IT
