[외국계 화학기업] Sales Manager (촉매제)포지션으로 제안드립니다.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve business target, including managing and improving CM1 under his/her responsibility
- Collect market information, analyze market demand and trend, implement sales and marketing strategies; develop key account plans and actions items
- Develop and enhance good relationship with engineering companies, association, and influential producers to promote Our brand and products; build up partnership to increase efficiency of sales and marketing effort

- Support Global Technology Managers and contribute to product innovation, preparation, and negotiation of technical proposals
- Coach colleagues in the team to support their development



Education/Qualifications required:
- Education: bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Working Experience: minimum 10 years in catalyst related industry
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Chemical process and catalysts, precious metal catalysts
- Language efficiency: Fluent and effective communication (speaking and writing) in English and Korean

Competencies required:
- Good problem-solving skill
- Good communication skill with team and customers.
- Take ownership on driving the business growth.
